- Bank: $4758.87 + $70 for shirts/stick sales from Sumas Drug
- Note: this is an estimate as Treasurer Deanna is absent today

- Outstanding expenses
- Past due credit payments were for an old credit card we didn’t realize we still had (or still worked). We have updated our payment methods. This is supposed to now be paid but need to be confirmed with Deanna.

Mary Vermillion update on the Sumas Newsletter and photo op
- Cayla, Paul, and Mary have been working on a Sumas newsletter and now sent out 2 editions
- Directed at Sumas residents (and any others that subscribe)

Library events (many have been moved to Everson while the Sumas Library is closed)
- Lunch club book club is still going on! Mondays @ Bob’s Burgers and Wednesdays @ Nori
- Tween Graphic Novel club moved to Everson
- Dog Day Afternoons at Everson. Read with a dog!

- Tech Help Hour at Everson

At the most recent city council meeting, contracts to fix the library, city center, city hall, and museum are presented and approved!

Repairs should be completed by March 31st! First the city repairs the building, then WCLS can move back in so the library won’t open right away. It should be a reasonably quick turnaround.
Spring Adult Social

Bob’s Burgers: $25/person charge to FOSL for dinner and 2 drinks
- Planning for 60 maximum people
- We have the entire dining area

FOSL to charge $20/person for tickets and absorb the difference. Special thanks to Diana Baird for helping with this!

Promote to Sumas residents first, then extend to Nooksack and larger area

Donations: outreach to local businesses for prizes
- Handout given by hand to businesses explaining the purpose
- Some businesses are a general donation request, others are direct ask of specific items
- Target businesses outside of Sumas

To plan: decorating/signage, permits, flyers, game planning, and ticket purchase website
- Table decorations: draw on tablecloth; share memories
- D made custom stickers, including for this event
