Friends of the Sumas Library (FOSL) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit tasked with raising funds and advocating for the Sumas Library.
FOSL meets on the first Monday of each month at the Sumas Library to discuss community & library news, as well as plan upcoming events. Membership is free, time is volunteered, and treats are encouraged!
A nonprofit board of directors is a group of elected individuals who govern and oversee the organization. They set the mission, strategy, and goals while ensuring legal, ethical, and financial responsibility.
