Friends of the Sumas Library (FOSL) sure does! FOSL is a community-focused group that advocates for the Sumas Library and the larger Whatcom County Library System (wcls.org). We believe that the library represents an essential space that benefits everyone in the area.
We meet once per month at the library to discuss community & library news, as well as plan upcoming events. Membership is free, time is volunteered, and treats are encouraged!
The Friends of the Library program exists all across Whatcom County, with each group dedicated to its specific library branch.
