This is a list of links that we find useful and believe are worth your time. This is a living list that will change over time.

Friends of the Sumas Library (FOSL)

Friends of the Sumas Library - You are here! Friends of the Sumas Library is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
FOSL Facebook - Our current (and only) social media presence. Sometimes we even remember to post!

Whatcom County Library System - The library system that contains the Sumas Library branch and 11 other branches, plus the bookmobile!
Sign up for WCLS - Get a library card. It is free and works at any branch. You get access to movies, board games, video games, print services, audiobooks, ebooks, book books, and more. Did you know they don’t charge late fees?!?
WCLS Branches - Location and hours for all WCLS branches.
WCLS Events - Calendar of all WCLS events. You can filter it by branch if you want to stay in town.
Friends of the Library - Information about the various Friends groups across all WCLS branches. Friends advocate for library services and raise funds for library projects that the WCLS budget doesn’t cover (like special furnishings and programs). All WCLS Friends groups are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
Whatcom County Library Foundation - The Foundation supports programs, projects and services that meet needs in the library system, improving the lives of Whatcom County residents of all ages. Private donations fill the gap between taxpayer support and what is needed to fund programs. The Whatcom County Library Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
